Stacy is Gayle's date in The Gayle Tales. They meet over the internet on Cat Chat. He initially cancels their date to go and see Yarnival, but eventually comes back to Gayle after his emergency cancels.
It is believed that they never undertook a second date as Gayle states that she'd never been on a second date that anyone else has known about in "The Cook, The Steve, The Gayle, & Her Lover" and it was revealed in the same episode that she is now dating Phillip Frond.
