Pepe is the former owner and operator of "Pepe's Tacos". The restaurant got shut down after the Moody Foodie gave the restaurant a bad review.
He first appears in Moody Foodie where Reggie and Tran attempt to cheer him up after losing his restaurant when they meet Bob. Pepe then informs Bob about the Moody Foodie's tell of using a blue handkerchief to wipe his hands before every meal.
Later in the episode, he brings a newspaper to force feed the Moody Foodie because he lost restaurant and decided that he needed to "choke on his reviews".
In My Big Fat Greek Bob, Bob mentions that he is now working at the Beta Upsilon Pi (ΒΥΠ) frat house as their chef. Bob fills in for him during the episode.
He makes a non speaking cameo in Wharf Horse (or How Bob Saves/Destroys the Town - Part I) when the crowd are gathered around the carousel where Tina is bike-locked to Mr. Goiter.
He is mentioned in My Big Fat Greek Bob when Bob is filling in for him at the Fraternity
