Officer Julia is an African-American female police officer who works the beat around Bob's Burgers. She frequently works with Officer Cliffany whenever there is a case. She is constantly seen writing information in her notepad. Her first appearance was in Hamburger Dinner Theater.
Julia and her partner Cliffany arrive at Bob's Burgers after Mort uses his bloody guts and gore props for the Dinner Theater. They arrive again the day after the second night of the show after Bob's Burgers was robbed during the Dinner Theater that everyone thought was part of the show. When Julia caught up to the Robber, she started beating him up violently.
Officer Julia hasn't made a speaking appearance since Lobsterfest in Season 1 but was seen amongst other police officers in Bob Day Afternoon, in the audience for "Cake" in Bad Tina, gathered around the carousel with other characters in Wharf Horse (or How Bob Saves/Destroys the Town - Part I), escorting Fanny into a police car at the end of World Wharf II: The Wharfening (or How Bob Saves/Destroys the Town - Part II) and opening the front gate at Wonder Wharf in Dawn of the Peck.
