Mother Goose's Discount Petting Zoo is a rundown petting zoo that is owned and operated by a couple who were filmed for Randy Watkins' documentary Dial M for Murder. They advertise their business while being filmed and later ask Randy to confirm that he keeps Moo-Lissa tied up outside while filming. They later steal Moo-lissa and take him to their zoo.
