Reception[]

Critics have praised the voice work and character of Bob, although many critics have compared him to Benjamin's work in FX's Archer, calling it distracting.

This comparison was also made in an episode of Family Guy where Carl, a character also voiced by Benjamin did impressions of both Bob Belcher and Sterling Archer as part of a stand up comedy act.
