Duval was the head chef on board Captain Flarty's ship, the Windbreaker, before he and the rest of the crew mutinied against him. He might no longer work on the Windbreaker. He makes his only appearance in "Mutiny on the Windbreaker."
He is voiced by David Herman.

He is rather unsanitary, using his own sweat to season stew and uses spoiled oysters to create his signature dish, "Oysters Onassis," which later leads to the passengers vomiting violently.

Captain Flarty hired him to be the guest chef of the Windbreaker for one night while the ship wasn't moving. However, he has spent 56 voyages being the cruise ship chef as he's held hostage by Flarty ("Mutiny on the Windbreaker").
