Dr. Donald Wallace is a historian who visits the restaurant in "Bye Bye Boo Boo" while researching a book on the local area during prohibition. He finds that it is the site where bootlegger Dominic "The Grunt" Gruntano was murdered by Freddie the Face in 1931. Because he is on the board of the historical society, he gets the restaurant a plaque to mark the event.

Later in the episode, Bob calls him up to investigate Jimmy Pesto's fraudulent claim of a mobster getting whacked at his restaurant.

  • Despite stating that he's a historian, Bob refers to him as a professor.
  • Wears a sky blue turtleneck and a darker blue jacket near identical to those worn by Rick in "The Kids Rob a Train."
  • Considers Bob his best friend.
