Cyndi Lauper is an American singer-songwriter known for songs like "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun", "Time after Time" and "True Colors".

She contributed the song "Taffy Butt" to the episode, The Belchies. The song being a parody of "The Goonies 'R' Good Enough" from The Goonies which The Belchies extensively parodies.

Trivia

In 2017, it was announced that Lauper is to write music and lyrics for a musical adaption of Working Girl. In "Work Hard or Die Trying, Girl", Courtney Wheeler stages such a musical.[1]
