Choo-Choo is a student at Wagstaff School.

In "Spaghetti Western and Meatballs", he is introduced as Gene's nemesis who constantly annoys Gene whenever he tells a joke from his Jokes for Blokes book by saying the punchline before him. Gene stands up to Choo-Choo by using Louise's Little Princess guitar to silence him while revealing the punchline to a joke Gene tells him.

Gene, however, continues to harras Choo-Choo which leads to a food fight instigated by Louise and ultimately puts all three in detention. Choo-Choo then challenges Gene to a fight for tainting his perfect record. Bob tries to intervene but is also challenged to a fight by Choo-Choos father, they then give chase to the Belchers who hide in a playground slide. Both Choo-Choo and his father are last seen at the ABS fundraiser being given a plate of spaghetti and meatballs on their arrival.

Choo-Choo hasn't made any speaking appearances since "Spaghetti Western and Meatballs", but has often appeared in the background of scenes set at the school or elsewhere. Most notably, he comes to the overlook in "Nude Beach" to look through Darryl's telescope.

  • In the Animation Throwdown virtual card game which features Bob's Burgers characters, a 'fun fact' reveals that Choo-Choo has a third nipple. However, this isn't visible when he removes his shirt in "Spaghetti Western and Meatballs."
  • Gene thought his nickname was a reference to how he chews, "'Cause he chews like a train" according to Gene.
  • Had a perfect record until the events of "Spaghetti Western and Meatballs".
