Caitlin is Dahlia's mother who supervises her birthday party in House of 1000 Bounces. Like Dahlia, she refuses to let Regular Sized Rudy's party use the bounce house they were given after the rental company canceled the bounce house meant for Rudy's thinking it was a duplicate, she also refuses to lend the party juice or water.
As a distraction, while the kids steal the bounce house, her nephew Sasha gets her to go after Rudy's father Sylvester, also a divorcee like her. It seems to go well at first but after Rudy's party gets arrested by Ranger Dainko she isn't interested anymore and refuses to exchange information with him.
