Boo Boo is a former member of the boy band Boyz4Now and is Louise's love interest in Boyz 4 Now. He is shown singing at the concert where Louise sees him and falls in love with him. When Louise and Tina hides in a hamper on their tour bus, it reveals he sits in a booster seat, despite being shown to be older than Louise. When she gets caught, she slaps him, and gets kicked off the bus and when she goes back to her house, it reveals she still holds some romance for him.
In Bye Bye Boo Boo, he leaves Boyz4Now to start his solo career. This results in their disbandment. He goes on a promotional tour of amusement parks to promote his solo album, Tall Enuff 2 Ride Your Heart.

- It is possible that he might be a parody of Justin Bieber in his early career, as seen by the hair and his high voice.
- His fans are called "Boo Boo Boosters".
- Boo Boo's age is never mentioned, but since Tina says that he hasn't hit puberty yet, and since he refers to Louise (who is 9) as a "little girl", it can be assumed that he is around 10 or 11. His birthday is in October as revealed in The Hauntening.
